Overview
Flashpoint Systems is a B2B ERP consulting firm offering implementation, reporting, and financial system services. Over time, the website had grown organically, resulting in fragmented messaging, overlapping pages, and unclear service differentiation.
I was brought in to restructure the site’s information architecture, clarify positioning, and design a scalable content system that better reflected how the business actually operates.
Goals:
Align website structure with real service delivery model
Simplify and consolidate overlapping service content
Create a scalable framework for future growth
Clarify value propositions for prospective ERP clients

Q2 2025
Too many pages & no clear path
Flashpoint’s services had expanded without a unifying structure. Content overlapped across multiple pages, navigation was fragmented, and prospective clients struggled to quickly understand how offerings connected.
This was not a visual issue, it was a systems issue.
A unified Solutions Hub with clearer service hierarchy
I consolidated services into a structured Solutions Hub, reducing redundancy while clarifying how implementation, reporting, and financial systems offerings relate to one another. This shift created:
Clear service groupings
Stronger narrative flow
Scalable site structure
The process
Audit + analysis
I conducted a full content audit to map redundancies, identify structural gaps, and clarify overlapping value propositions. AI tools supported early synthesis, but the core work involved reorganizing service logic and redefining hierarchy.

Designing a scalable content system
Flashpoint’s services had evolved faster than the website structure. My role was to realign the digital experience with the actual service model.
I introduced a Solutions Hub framework that consolidated services into clear, modular groupings. Each page followed a consistent structure, making it easier for prospective clients to understand what Flashpoint does and how offerings connect.
Beyond improving clarity, this system established a foundation for growth without requiring constant structural rework.
Key Decision Point
One stakeholder pushed for separate pages for every minor software offering, I proposed an alternative: a single Solutions Hub using modular cards to reduce maintenance and keep the story focused.
Adapting to last-minute insights
Stakeholder reviews surfaced new insights about how clients actually evaluate ERP partners. I adjusted messaging and hierarchy to reflect these patterns, ensuring the site aligned with real-world sales conversations.
Lesson Learned
Sometimes the most important insights come from bringing all stakeholders together. The collaborative review process revealed hidden gems that transformed the entire narrative.

Post-launch impact
The redesigned Flashpoint site is now live, operating as a structured Solutions Hub that clearly differentiates services while maintaining flexibility for growth.
The modular framework allows new offerings to be added without disrupting hierarchy or clarity, reinforcing both marketing effectiveness and operational alignment.
